Sometimes, you just need to do something that can take your mind off certain things or help you with your mental health. Is Yoga an activity can help you do that? Is it a really good method of relaxation and can it help with your mental health?

I really want to try Yoga - I don't really know what is stopping me, but as of yet I haven't managed to give it a go! :(

It seems like something that would be really calming and helpful but I haven't tried it yet either. Just not sure I want to try it out in a group session really. I wonder if it's possible to truly benefit from it if you did something yourself at home
